Ghost or No Ghost?

Ok so I was sent this link today. I had seen this before and hadn't really paid close attention to it. I watched it again today and it looked real to me. You have to look really close at the side of the car to see it. Also, turn your volume up about halfway and you can hear a weird noise as well. Let me know if you think it is a ghost or not.
