Redneck racing made its once a month debut at the Lard in the Backyard. Merge Motor Speedway was the host site for some fast and furious 5 Cart racing. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. The racing was awesome. There were several cau
tions. Some were mechanical in nature and a couple were for wetting the track. There was only one serious accident when Sean was turned head on into the chain link fence as he and Craig made contact coming out of turn two. The kart and the fence were a little worse for wear reducing the field of karts from 5 to 4. Both drivers walked away and were treated in the infield care center/swingset. Check back for our next race date coming up in a few weeks.
