A visit from Santa

Isaac awoke this morning to find that Santa had paid him a night time visit with lots of toys and surprises. He told us last night that he thought Santa would remember him because of all the surgeries and stuff that he had this past year.
Something funny happened last night about 1 a.m.. Well, it wasn't funny but it was. About 1 a.m. a fire rescue squad came down our street going to the retirement home just a 100 yard away. The funny thing was that it didn't have it's sirens going but it did have it's red light flashing. Isaac was still awake in the bed when it went by and we were able attribute the flashing red light to Rudolph. The timing could not have been better. Isaac left Santa a note, cookie cake and his favorite Coca Cola. We have told Isaac that Santa gets tired of drinking milk at all the other houses and really wants Coca Cola.
In other news, Isaac is in the Greenville News today. Have a great Christmas.
P.S. we are supposed to get some snow tonight. I know all of our southern friends are jealous.
